Earn from the consent work you are already doing

Agencies install consent platforms for clients constantly and rarely make anything from it. Buy Essential and Professional at a partner rate, set your own price, and keep the difference on every client you look after. Your clients get a platform you can actually support.

  • Recurring income per client
  • You set your own prices
  • Approved within a week

What being a partner gets you

The terms of the arrangement, and what we do while you are moving clients onto it.

  • Create your own recurring income

You buy at a partner rate and resell at whatever you choose, on every client domain, every month. Some partners bundle it into a retainer and never itemise it; others resell at list and take the margin. Both work.

    • Set your price
    • Bundle or itemise
  • Grow it at your own pace

No quota to hit, no minimum to buy and no forecast to file. Add a client when the work is already in front of you, and the monthly income carries on whether you signed one this quarter or five.

    • No quotas
    • No minimum spend
  • A say in what gets built

Partners talk to the team directly and several features exist because an agency asked twice. There is no committee between the request and whoever writes it.

    • Direct contact
    • Roadmap input
  • We move the batch across with you

Bringing a set of client domains over is the part agencies dread, and it is the part we do with you. We work through the move in Google Tag Manager or in Launcher, whichever the client runs, and create the domains in bulk, so a portfolio arrives as one job rather than as one evening per client.

    • Google Tag Manager
    • Launcher
    • Created in bulk
  • Support your clients with us, not alone

You are not signing up to be our support desk. Where it is faster, your client writes to us directly and you stay on the thread; where you would rather be the only voice, that is how it works instead. Either way the person answering already knows the account.

    • Your client can reach us
    • Your call, per client
  • Nobody pays twice to switch

A client already under contract somewhere else does not have to wait for it to lapse. Essential and Professional cost nothing with us until that contract runs out, however long it has left, so you can bring the domain over now and there is never a month with two bills on it.

    • Essential and Professional
    • No overlapping bill

Consent management, manageable

Commission adds up while the contracts run, and findings arrive for every domain at once, so neither is something you collect client by client.

  • The reseller dashboard summary, showing lifetime earnings, what was earned in the past year, the recurring commission from active contracts, and a contracts panel listing top-level domains.

Income that builds rather than lands once

The consent work you already do starts paying every month instead of once, and keeps paying while the client stays.

You always know what a client is worth, so consent is a line you price rather than a cost you absorb.

  • The Domain Health panel, collapsed, reading "Open recommendations across your domains. Group by recommendation or by domain", with a count of six domains needing attention.

You hear about it before the client does

Every domain is checked every week, and whatever turns up reaches you for the whole portfolio at once.

The same fault on nine clients is one job rather than nine, and nobody has to remember to go looking.

Thierry Maasdam
A partner reaches Etiënne and the support team directly, which is the part you cannot see from outside. The rest is the dashboard: every client domain in one place, and you decide who else gets in.

You could be a partner by next week

Four steps, and the slowest is us reading your application.

  1. Tell us about yourself

Write to us with what you do and roughly how many client sites you look after.

  2. Get approved

If you meet our requirements you are in, usually inside a week.

  3. Add your client domains

Manage them from one place and invite clients to their own.

  4. Set your prices

Buy Essential or Professional at the partner rate and resell them however suits your business.

Etiënne Korf
Reselling us should not turn you into our support desk. When something breaks on a client site, a partner gets a person who already knows the account, not a ticket number and a queue.

Who this is for

It is deliberately not open to everybody, because a partner rate on a plan nobody supports helps nobody.

  • Web agencies and studios

If you build and maintain client sites, you are already the person who installs the banner and the person who gets the call when it breaks. This turns both into part of the retainer instead of a favour.

  • Marketing and analytics teams

If you run campaigns for clients, consent is already the thing standing between you and clean measurement. Owning it rather than inheriting whatever was there is usually the faster route to fixing attribution.

  • Legal and privacy consultants

Advice lands better with something that implements it. Several partners came to us because they were writing the same recommendation repeatedly and had nothing to hand the client afterwards.

  • Technology and integration partners

If you run server-side tagging, a CDP or a platform other people build on, consent is already a question your own customers bring you. Reselling it answers that with a product rather than another support article.

Building consent into a product of your own

A technology partner is a different arrangement from the one above. You are not reselling to clients, you are putting consent inside something you build, and that runs on API access rather than on a partner rate.

  • Consent inside your product, not beside it

If you build a CMS, a shop platform or a tool agencies run their clients from, consent can be part of what you ship rather than the thing your users bolt on afterwards.

  • Access is granted, not self-served

There is no public sign-up. We want to know what you are integrating and what it has to do first, because an integration nobody thought about is how consent quietly stops working for somebody else’s users.

  • The same data rules still apply

Building on us does not move anybody’s records. Consent data stays on the same European infrastructure under the same handling, whichever product a visitor met the banner in.

Questions about the programme

Who can become a partner?

Anybody who works with websites for other people: web agencies, marketers, analytics consultants, legal advisers and other digital professionals. The requirement is that you can support what you sell, which is why there is an application rather than a signup form. If you run many domains of your own rather than for clients, Enterprise is the route rather than this one.

What is the partner rate?

Ask us, and we would rather say that than publish a number we are still settling. Essential and Professional are both bought at a reduced rate and resold at whatever you choose; the rate depends on volume and is agreed rather than listed. Enterprise works differently, with the partner brought into the deal rather than reselling off a rate card, and that one is worth a conversation of its own.

How long does approval take?

Usually within a week of us receiving your application. The slow part is us reading it properly rather than a process, and if you are borderline we will tell you what would change the answer.

Our clients are mid-contract with another platform. Do we wait?

No. Essential and Professional cost nothing with us until the existing contract runs out, for as long as that takes, so nobody pays two suppliers for the same months. Send us the end date when you add the domain and we start billing after it. Enterprise is agreed separately, as it is everywhere else on this page.

Can my clients see the dashboard?

Yes. You can invite clients to manage their own domain while you keep oversight, which is what most agencies want: the client can change their own banner text without a ticket, and you are not the bottleneck for a wording change.

Who answers when a client's site breaks, you or us?

Whichever of us you prefer, per client. Your client can write to us directly with you on the thread, or you can stay the only voice and we answer you. We are there to fix the site, not to sell them anything. A client who arrived through you stays yours.

Is there a partner badge?

Yes, and we send it once you are in. It is yours to put on your site, and several partners find it does more work on their own credentials page than on ours.

What happens if a client leaves us?

The domain moves with them if they want it to, and we will not use the transfer as an opportunity to sell around you. A partner programme that made client churn profitable for us would be a programme nobody sensible would join.
