Frequently asked questions

Consent Studio is a Consent Management Platform that has been developed in the Netherlands, by the Dutch web agency Vallonic.

• Consent Studio periodically scans the pages that you specify for the cookies used and matches them against a database of known cookies.
• Consent Studio provides a hosted overview with all the cookies used on the website which you can easily link to from your privacy statement.
• Consent Studio provides a cookie consent banner as an easily installable Google Tag Manager tag. The banner comes in three styling options: none, minimal and full. Consent can be set up to be either received implicitly or explicitly.
• Consent Studio supports multiple languages.
• Consent Studio lets you manage multiple domains from the same account and allows you to collaborate with colleagues and partners.

1. Open the Consent Studio dashboard
2. Open Domain under Settings
3. Extend the list of languages to your liking under the Languages section.

1. Go to Pages under Settings
2. Add pages by using the on-screen instructions and providing the path of the page. For example, when you would like Consent Studio to scan https://vallonic.com/ons-team, the path would be ons-team.
3. Click Create

1. Consent Studio will first check their own database of known cookies. This database is updated regularly. Suggestions can be made by e-mailing support@consent.studio.
2. When do not have an explanation for a specific cookie, you can set your own description, platform name, vendor name and category on the cookies Overview page.
3. A cookie that is known in the Consent Studio database, can be recognized by the grey verified badge next to it. These cookies can have their descriptions altered, but not the vendor and platform names.
