No. Consent records stay on European infrastructure, so the EU-US Data Privacy Framework is not part of the answer we give in a data processing agreement. That is one dependency fewer to reassess if the adequacy decision is ever annulled.

What the visitor chose, when, and against which version of the banner text. Not who they were: the record evidences a choice without building a profile of the person who made it, because a consent log that identifies visitors is a pile of personal data collected to prove you are careful with personal data.

Yes, from the dashboard, without asking us. That matters more than it sounds, because if answering a data subject request means opening a support ticket with your vendor, the clock is running while you wait. Enterprise customers can have records delivered to their own systems.

Google Consent Mode v2, Google Tag Manager, Microsoft UET and Clarity, Matomo and Piwik PRO, and the common site platforms including WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, Magento and Shopware. Anything not on that list still works through the tag manager.

Yes, on every plan. Keyboard operation, focus order, contrast and screen reader labelling are correct by default, and on the entry plan the accessibility controls are disabled rather than removed so the banner falls back to compliant settings. You cannot ship an inaccessible banner by forgetting a checkbox.

Translations ship for every language we support, and the banner chooses from the ones you activated based on the visitor rather than on your site default. Every string is editable, and edits are versioned with the rest of the banner text so a consent record still points at what was actually on screen.

It crawls your site weekly, starting by itself once a domain is registered, and reports cookies set before consent and third party calls leaving the site. The report leads with what changed since last week rather than with a list of everything, because a list of ninety cookies is unreadable and three new ones is actionable.

Yes, and each domain is priced separately. Once you are past about ten, the Partner Programme or an Enterprise agreement makes more sense than multiplying a single-domain price, which is precisely why both exist.

Support is not a paid tier. Write to us and a person replies within one working day, and the person replying works on the product rather than reading from a script. Several customers say this is why they moved to us.
